Meet the team! ✨ Today we are introducing sous chef Nate, one of our kitchen supervisors Marvin, and head chef Dave. Nate (he/him) loves our 10oz steak frites as well as the garlic shrimp. “Honestly, it’s hard to choose!”. Dave (he/him) has the 16oz ribeye as his favourite, with a side of the French onion soup. “I love a negroni as well!”. Marvin (he/him) has two favourites with the lamb bourguignon or the grilled veggie sandwich. Plus “crème brûlée, it’s my absolute favourite dessert!”.
